I finally caved into the infomercial and ordered FocusT25 last weekend.
Yoga is making me stronger but if I’m not running, I need to get my cardio somewhere.
I have about 10 pounds to shed to get back to where my body feels strong and sexy.
Our guests left yesterday, so once the hubby came home, we started with the 1st workout.
WOWSERS
I made a video immediately after we finished, as you can tell by my lack of breath and sweaty face.
One of the things that convinced me to make the purchase was the idea that it’s just 25 minutes a day.
Even my uber busy husband has 25 minutes a day!
The hubby and I are more likely to stay focused if we do it together.
So, that means evening T25 workouts.
So, I’ll be sticking to Yoga in the morning, walking and short runs.
And the best part is that we can do it at home.
So, no excuses about bad weather or cold temperatures.
I’m ready to get focused and get back in shape.
